Christian Mandl was initially a political scientist specialized in EU affairs (Eurobus campaign with AIESEC), then became an entrepreneur (SkyEurope Airlines - IPO in 2005, then Maporama - sold to TIBCO in 2013), before becoming a VC investor (Neulogy Ventures). With Govio, Christian is now looking into civic tech and blockchain initiatives.
Christian graduated from Sciences Po Paris, holds a postgraduate degree from the Freie Universität Berlin, and participated in executive education programs at both Yale and Harvard. He speaks fluently English, French, German, Spanish and Slovak.
He is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
ANTHONY ZACHARZEWSKI

Anthony Zacharzewski is an international leader in democratic innovation and government reform. After fourteen years in strategic roles in UK central and local government, he founded the Democratic Society in 2006 to develop new approaches to democratic governance that are better suited to the 21st century.
He has worked with government at every level from village council to European Commission, and on projects in Serbia, Ireland, France and the UK.
Equally, at home in senior government settings or running public workshops, he is part of a global network of democracy and government innovators.

He holds a law degree from the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, and is fluent in English, German, Italian and Spanish.
Rainhard is the former President of the European Law Students' Association in Austria.
